İphone 8 not working with Bmw F30 Bluetooth connection

Hello all
I have Bmw f30 Lci 2015. After bought iPhone 8 Bluetooth phone connection lost and after a few seconds reconnect. Also when connection lost Nbt screen restarted over the over times. Now I m not using iPhone 8 with my car.

Bmw legal car service did not solved this problem
