Build quality
Credit where credits due. My 435d has just been in today for the EGR check and Brake fluid change (@42 months?). Booked 4 weeks ago and got a 420d Conv 68 plate demo with hardly any miles on. What surprised me was how nice my 435d was when I got it back, apart from the squealing brakes it didn't feel a day older, let alone feel like 3 1/2 years older than the new demo car, absolutely no bagginess anywhere. Fantastic build quality.

you dont say mileage, but both our Hyundais traded in at 3years were pretty fresh looking too, although drivers seat was starting to polish up in the santa fe.
BM does seem to be in a different class |

My 2015 330d (pre LCI) has done 83k miles and it's rock solid, no knocks, no squeaks, no rattles and it drives as though it's done 20k miles. Very impressive so far.

have had the 2017 435d for about 2 months now, and it impresses me every time that i get into it - the build quality is streets ahead of the merc gla45 amg.
this car is by far the best that i have owned, and the only thing i miss is the raucious exhaust note .... but the mpg and the overall experience of the beemer more than compensates !
