Looks like Yas Marina Blue available for M3/M4.

I think it's a "Yas Marina Blue" -a color for M3 and M4-. I didn't like it on the F30 though, Mediterranean or Estoril is much better imo.

Yea that lighting is not kind to Yas Marina. Looks ok in the sun but the best blue is San Marino.
