Looks brilliant

Really like the S3 and will possibly move to one when I change again in a couple of years. If it's S-tronic it uses the same box as the RS3 so you can add a tuning box to take it up to nearly the same output as the RS3. Apparently.....

Lovely! I am running an S4 on a two-year lease and love it. Had an S3 Sportback Black Edition on order, but the S4 lease came down to a price I couldn't refuse and switched the order. Would have been happy with either, and you're right - the leather and SS seats shape is a winning combo!

What spec did you go for?

Options or lease stock level?

No added spec at all. S4 Saloon, black, red leather. £1,200 down, £399 a month for 2 years, 11K p/a. Spec is decent as is but would have dipped in if it wasn't a PCH

To put a perspective on that, I am buying my SQ5 on PCP as it stands... 9k down, 573 a month, 10k a year, 48 months.

To standard spec I added 21s, pan roof, flat bottomed wheel, metallic, B&O sound, some pack that gives fancy lights and Virtual Cockpit and a couple of other bits, about 6k of extras.

I will probably buy it out and keep it a few more years so lease no good to me but it puts some perspective on relative numbers....

I think this is the thing - if you want to add options then PCH is no good. PCH means any optional extras are charged at the full rate and paid off across the lease duration. PCP, if you work a deal hard, can give you a balance with decent monthly figures as well as getting a fully loaded car.

There is no doubt 'my' S4 looks little more than a standard repmobile A4.

But thats a good thing - nothing like discrete and stealth like...

Discounts much better on Q5 now - but you cant actually order an SQ5 currently as they prep for new fuel tests.
