Any No CEL guarantees and will it be a lower price than the other Catted options available now?

If you're going catless why not go with an inexpensive DP? I bought the catless VRSF pipe and it was built well and fit perfectly...Installed at a muffler shop for $130...It is basically just a hollow pipe. Why would a catless DP from other manufacturers cost so much more? What would they do that the VRSF wouldn't? As for catted, I guess their can be big differences and getting a CEL is probably one of the biggest issues. Now that tunes are starting to become available for the B58, why wouldn't you just get a tune and a high flow catted pipe to solve the CEL issue? These are my questions as I don't have a lot of experience in this area...I'm very new to all of this...Thanks

Your paying for quality, materials, fitment, etc. VRSF is a good brand but they are also somewhat of a "budget" brand that happens to make good parts but they have had fitment issues. Wagner on the other hand is a more premier part...cast transitions, better welds, HJS cats, etc. Your paying for the quality and workmanship like anything else.

OK I understand, thank you. The VRSF did appear to be very well made and did fit perfectly on my car but I get what you are saying. What are HJS Cats?

Expensive high-flow cats that more of your higher-end European brands use being they are EU5 and EU6 compliant.

Not sure how Wagner products fit on the bmw’s, but I had the intercooler on my
Mk7 gti and unfortunately it wasn’t the greatest fit had to do slight grinding and fabrications. Great product though IAT and pressure drop numbers were as advertised.

I had no issues installing my Wagner Comp 2 FMIC,Never heard a Wagner install complaint on any BMW in these forums. VRSF on the other hand plenty of fitment complaints on various products.

I think i'm leaning towards getting this one .. my buddy has a bunch of Wagner stuff on his JUNK Audi and says they make nice stuff. Seems to be good bang for the buck. I'd love to get the Akrapovic full setup but I doubt the extra $$$ is really worth it.

I'd go catless but I have to pass PA emissions. I assume the "200CPSI EU6 Racing Metal Catalytic Converter" is good enough for that (+ no CEL) and I don't need to bother with the EU "HJS-catalyst (ECE approval)". Right?

When will these actually be available to order, they're not on your website yet?

I'll probably mail it to jet hot first for a nice coating. There's so much heat on this engine..

Hi,
I do not personally have both in front of me for a comparison but fitment, performance will be the same.
They should both fit the G30 as well

Wagner uses Euro 6 cats , i know VRSF are working on something similar as well to be available in the future
