Hi.

My Mum's car is a 320d M Sport and we are in the UK.

I've got the Remote App working perfectly except that the option to honk the horn is missing.

Does anyone else have this issue? How should I try to fix it?

This is what we have in the USA. We don't get the Parked Car Ventilation option here which would be very useful.
It's all controlled by BMW Assist and I don't think there's any way to change that.

I get the precondition option but not the horn.

Would be good to know what other people in the UK get. That way I will know if what I'm getting is a fault or normal for the UK.

We get the precondition in the UK but not the remote horn. We have laws about randomly parping cars here.

Yep, some funny laws in the UK... I am led to believe it is illegal to sound a car horn when the vehicle is stationary, which is why the BMW Remote app lacks this feature over here.

Not sure but I think there's also laws against using the horn in a residential area between 11:30pm and 7:30am plus 'unnecessary use of the horn' is forbidden, e.g. sitting outside the house and honking the horn to hurry up the Mrs!
