Question Contact at the VDC in New Jersey

Hi All, I just spoke with a BMW Genius and my factory build cleared customs this weekend and is at the VDC in New Jersey as of this morning, Monday June 25. I wanted to contact the VPC and ask about a port installed option. I am a member of the BMW CCA also if that makes a difference. I've tried about a dozen phone numbers I've searched for online and nothing has worked, Do any of you have a contact there? Any help would be awesome! Thank you guys.

shouldnt your dealer be taking care of this? Im sure BMW factories wouldnt let a customer call and say, yes add every option on my order.

Didnt bother me. I'm almost positive you the customer cant call into the VPC. The vehicle isnt yours yet either.

I'd call your salesperson and see what they can do for you. Pretty sure the VDC doesn't have a customer service line.
