Took a few glamour shots on my Fujifilm XPro1 + Nikon 35mm f2. Very pleased with the drop on these H&R Sport springs. I'm not sure if it's just the uneven pavement I was on, but it looks like the driver front side is higher than passenger front.

I'll let them settle, but it seems like this is normal!

Finally received my charge pipe and went to town. Jacked up the car, put it on stands and was able to rip the plastic one out with little effort.

Getting the new one situated was a pain in the ass, as most of you know. I was wrestling with the top side, 95% there and finally twisted into place. I hate this job. I hope to never do it again

Thanks!! I'm obsessed with it now. I just bought a stud conversion kit because my old extended lugs don't fit the new wheels.

Got a little cold start clip today -

Found a smokin' hot deal on a BMS intake on eBay so I jumped on it. I realized when installing that it must have been for an automatic because the seller did not include the rubber cap for the breather hose, which 6MTs do not use.

So I improvised

Waiting on a filter cleaning/oiling kit to get the clean blue back!

12mm & 15mm spacers are a little aggressive on the new wheels. Once I get 245 size tires in the front I'll downsize or not run spacers at all. For now it's cool!

PS: my driveway is not level/flat so the fitment photos below vary and are not completely accurate.

I learned that extended lug bolts can, indeed, be too long. The ones on the left were on the rear and after driving I noticed a terrible clicking sound that changed with speed - so I knew it was spacer, bolts, suspension related.

After doing some reading I found that in the rear, if the bolts are too long, they will make contact with the parking brake cable/components.

Luckily I didn't go far, so it seems like nothing was damaged.

After putting black wheels on I felt like there was too much black going on with the car, so I ripped the front tint off for a more 'OEM+' look.

I dig it

I don't have any symptoms associated with a frozen strut, so I don't think so

In need of an alignment and new upper thrust arm bushings. Bought a Powerflex kit, and while the shop is doing that I'm also going to have them do a CDV delete.

In typical BMW fashion, fix one thing - something else needs attention.. the front nose lost its clear coat after I power-washed it this week.
