They are just to illustrate the LED lighting.
The more significant changes are underneath and in the engine bay.

All renders are "fake" but these are some sad examples you could have just grabbed the front of a 4 series and called it a day.

Looks pretty good at the front, but I'm not sure I like the tail lights better than the current. The current is more clean and stylish

Steering feel was a major issue for the F30, suspension was a bit soft.
I hope they did it right this time!

*these renderings are about a week or 2 old btw.

These are probably accurate.

1) I really dislike the lines added towards the kidney grille of the headlights

2) I've always loved the sharp parallel lines of bmw tail lights. I don't think I'm liking the new swoopy direction they are taking

3) I'm probably going to like it in 5 years when the current stuff feels old

I remember seeing a thread or post on here that talked about BMW possibly offering an even more performance oriented suspension set up. Don't know if it would be a new line, or some sort of package, or what. I also can't seem to find the post via search. Perhaps Scott could mention more on that.

i don't know, but the half illuminated twin headlights make the car look "drunk" - i much preferred whole outer/inner for low/high beam
