GTS style hood
What's everyone's thought on a GTS style hood for the F30? There are a few sellers on eBay with these GTS style hoods for sale and I'm considering pulling the trigger in the next few months.

If I had the disposable cash, I'd go for the CF and have it painted (CF hood on a red car is a little too much for me). The weight savings is appealing. I also wonder how much it helps with engine cooling. I kinda feel like it looks aggressive yet subtle at the same time, if that makes any sense. Haha.

I have one and am coordinating a group buy, assuming tariffs wont kill the whole deal. Looks fantastic!

The carbon fiber hood on my M3 CS is the GTS hood. It's very attractive both with the hood open and closed. The vent is actually functional for heat reduction, and it's very very lightweight, so it has two functions. Go for carbon fiber painted, since I don't think the straight hood line is very flattering without paint matching. The weight reduction over the front wheels is ideal, and even after multiple laps at Auto Club Speedway in 101 degree heat, my oil temps were still optimal. It's pricey, but if you want a hood that actually does more than just look good posing in a parking lot, this is it.
