Update 4/24/24
-Further investigation linked to the 2 resistors on the FEM and KOMBI
-Will do a termination resisting test through CAN-hi and CAN-low

Update 04/17/24
-Retested the fuses with a meter - all were working
-Did a software reset option from the secret menu in the cluster - all modules are responding now
-I connected the battery to a battery tender overnight - battery is 12.4+ V
-Looks like the error codes from MHD pointed to DME and powertrain physical wiring fault
-ISTA shows a bunch of other codes (even after I cleared them, they still came back)

I was working on the dme and might have shorted something. The car doesn’t start anymore. All fuzes are good. I also unplugged the battery for a few hours.
I got 2 codes:
CDA840A - DME: Powertrain CAN: Communication fault
CDA683 - DME: Powertrain CAN: Line fault/electrical fault

Appreciate if someone can chime in and give me some suggestion on where to look.

It's a 2016 340i. I did a software reset and now all modules are responding but some still have faults. I also checked all fuzes, all good. Car is still not starting.
