Camber Problem? Is this your x5? (I think E53)

Pretty sure I saw an E53 X5 with a camber problem on my way to work today. This was taken at Rte 75 heading South on Rte 59... sorry for the poor quality pic. Hope the driver sees this so they can get it adjusted/fixed.

I've seen many X5's in that generation with similar severely negative camber. I wonder if it's a common occurrence?
