Removing perfume/Cologne from seat belts

Hello all sort of a weird question, I let another person drive my car and they were wearing some sort of cologne that I prefer not to smell when I drive. I believe its on the seat belts which make sense.

Any products/processes to recommend?

If it's on the actual seat belt, I'd start with something simple like water with small amounts of baking soda and/or vinegar. If it's more atmospheric, I'd leave a box of baking soda or coffee in the vehicle for a few days for absorption.

Coffee thats a good one. Similar to the jar of coffee beans they have at stores to clear your nose.
