Hello. I have the digital dash. In sports mode is there a way to have the comfort mode dash?

Yes - Under your iDrive menu, go to SETTINGS>INSTRUMENT CLUSTER>M-DISPLAY>OFF/UNCHECK BOX

You can also toggle the speedo magnification in there too if you want to

Yes! I don’t like the way that the instrument cluster changes with the driving mode either. Uncheck this and it’ll keep the traditional appearance all the time:

My Vehicle→iDrive Settings→Displays→Instrument Panel→Driving mode view

(I also like “Magnifier function” off, too.)

I couldnt find this setting as described above. Going through all the settings menus nothing came close to this.

I'll grab a pic and post it here this afternoon...do you see the istr. cluster option under settings? (asking because I don't have the latest idrive setup)

NO. Ill make a video late tonight.

EDIT: found the below video (at 6:25) and information from the owners manual. Will need to look again tonight. Though that option might of just been those added sport gauges.

If you have the iDrive 6 interface, follow the instructions I gave in #5 on this thread.

The video you showed above is of the iDrive 6 interface. Right at 6:25 you can see where you’d go into “iDrive settings” and then choose “Displays”.

YOU were correct. It was the drive mode view setting

I figured I was useless after realizing you had iDrive 6 lol....glad you figured it out!
