Stalling Problem With Bolt Ons

I replaced my chargepipe, intercooler, and boostpipe with new aftermarket parts and now my engine doesn’t run right. The cars starts and idles around 650 rpm, very steady (doesn’t seem rough), and then after a couple minutes it suddenly shuts off. The barometric pressure reads 98kpa and the intake manifold absolute pressure reads 94kpa while idle. And then when I slightly rev it; it jumps up to 118kpa and then goes back down to a minimum of 93kpa and then stays at 94 again. I don’t exactly know what’s considered normal here, and I’m wondering if this can be caused by a boost/vacuum leak. I am assuming no because the engine doesn’t idle rough, and before when the chargepipe was blown, the car still wouldn’t stall. The car has a permanent fault code and it reads p00bd, so I cleaned the MAF sensor but it is still there. The car did have a couple over voltage and under voltage dtc’s but idk if that was caused by the fact that while i was working on the car, the battery died and I had to jump start. The battery reads 12.5V while off and 14.35 while idle, so I don’t think the voltage is high enough to be an alternator regulator problem? Also there is a strange clicking noise coming from near the spark plugs and when I turn the car off, I hear a beeping near the top of the chargepipe.

Step 1 is to pressure/smoke test since you just had everything off. After confirming no leaks, then go deeper.

Are you sure the clicking noise isnt just the injectors if you arent used to listening up close?

Check and make sure everything is installed correctly.
Check the MAF sensors. Make sure plugged in
Check your charge pipe bung and make sure those are secure.
When I installed mine myself I had an issue where my charge pipe wasn't fully secure and the middle rubber piece that holds the 2 pieces together had come off and my car was running like shit.
