Wondering how easy it is to remove DINANTRONICS from your car?
Had it installed by my BMW dealer... Thinking about parting it out possibly
before sale. Any input would be appreciated.

i believe it is fairly easy to remove however it is trickier than a typical piggy-back removal since you're messing with the plugs on the DME. i think you have to make sure the car is in the sleep state and keyfob is out of range so it cannot awaken during removal or it may cause an error code.

just curious how much you would sell this for, though. the high cost of dinantronics is primarily attributed to the warranty that they offer which is non-transferable. i would think that the value is at or less than the cost of a new stage 1 piggy-back such as JB1, active-8, etc. not sure though, maybe you could get more because it's a Dinan product. not trying to ruin your sale on it but a lot of us are fairly informed on these forums.

another option is to just leave it on and try to recoup that value it in your sale price, but idk...
