Hello,

Updated my car the other week and now there seems to be a bug with bluetooth.

My iPhone 12 pro max is connected to both Audio and Communication, however only one phone is showing up in the devices menu.

Could it be a coding issue after i upgraded my headunit from NBTevo-l to x?

I will need to set up esys but wasnt sure it is related to enhanced bluetooth. otherwise would i need to restore the headunit again?

I previously had two phones before the update, will it have just been wiped?

Depends on you vehicle order - has it got 6NW?

It actually doesn't state 6nw on the bmw vin decoder online.

I actually made a post in the idrive setting so hopefully I don't get in deleted for having multiple posts about the same subject.

I thought I had enhanced Bluetooth, when I was previously on evo-l. I was able to have my phone on com and the girlfriends in media and it showed album art whilst streaming.

What's happening is I had my phone and another connected but only one phone shows in the device menu whilst the other says it's connected but doesn't show.

I removed a the second phone and mine showed up but then I was unable to remove it. I have since deleted all personal settings and will try again fresh later.

This is a new issue after updating to evo-x. So I wasn't sure if there may have been a software update for the Bluetooth but online update it stated that it was incompatible with my vehicle once I downloaded it.
