I just ordered BM3 during the black Friday sale and it says my order is awaiting fulfillment. Is that because I payed with paypal? or is is because PTF cannot supply it yet? I just emailed customer service but I would like to know if anyone else is having the same issue.

Edit: Question has been answered by X-PH, they are busy with all the orders.

It's probably they're slow to fulfill with the volume of orders. XPH doesn't stock much and they drop ship from suppliers mostly. My Remus was OOS in the US when I ordered so I had to wait for it to arrive from Austria.

This always happens when orders are put in during weekend or during busy working days. They are not Amazon Prime😏😜

Bought my BM3 from X-PH a while ago. I'm sure every vendor is swamped with orders from these huge weekend sales. X-PH can send you an email with your BM3 code (assuming that you sent them your VIN number which they register with BM3.) The only thing that will be shipped to you is the (Ethernet to OBD2) cable to install it from your laptop. Unless you also ordered additional BM3 items to use your iPhone, etc.

I purchased BM3 on Black Friday Deal and Mike supplied me with a code by Saturday I think. Went out to the garage with laptop and a cable I had already and took off the Dinantronics turbo controller. Up and running with BM3 stage 2, 93 octane in about 15 minutes. Working good not errors or check engine lights. Smooth. Would anyone like to purchase the Dinantronics piggy back controller thing?? PM me!

Hi OP,
All Bm3 licenses are sent to customers within 24 hours.
We usually send them within 30 minutes but we are very busy during this week trying to fulfill all pending orders

You are more than welcome to visit our location and checkout our 2500 square feet warehouse. You would be surprised by how many items we have in stock

When an item is not in stock, we ship it direct from manufacturer. In your case REMUS USA was out as well so we got it shipped from Austria direct at no extra cost.
