And these are the blue calipers?

Sorry to bring back up an old thread, but I have a question about doing this BIMMERGUY91.

I have the 4 piston grey Brembos on my 440i and just picked up a pair of blue M-sport rears. Are the Centric rotors and the rear M-sport calipers a direct swap? Would I need any other parts? I'm assuming I'll need pads and sensors for the rears, but what about mounting hardware and heat shields.

Another option is just painting your grey Brembo 335i calipers, installing slotted and dimpled 340mm rotors, installing the 2 piston Brembo rear calipers with 345mm dimpled and slotted rear rotors and coding to the M Performance brakes. It might look a little funny due to the rear rotor being 5mm larger than the front but the only advantage the 370mm front rotor has over the 340mm front rotor is added heat dissipation. The swept area of the pad and the stopping power are identical.
Did you ever make the brackets? I'd be interested in a set?

it's a straight swap. the mounting hardware is the same and you don't need to touch your current heat shield. i did this on my 335 m sport last april.

I have the single piston rear calipers and will be replacing with duals. I’m gonna just find the rear calipers and have my front ones powdercoated a custom color. Will stay with 340mm front rotors unless someone has made a bracket? Maybe ever easier to just find msport calipers? Is that the consensus?
