2013 328i N20 - Can't check oil level?!

Hello all! This is my first bimmerpost post, so go easy on me!

I changed the oil on my F30 N20 this weekend, and for whatever reason, the oil measure option in iDrive is not working. I've let it run to get it to the proper temp. I've even driven it for an extended amount of time (had to drive an hour this morning). It will start measuring like normal, I'll hear it start to rev the engine slightly, but once it hits 17% it just quits. No messages of any type.

I drained a little over 5 qts from it, and put back the same amount, so I feel like I'm probably ok, but I'd like that reassurance of seeing it successfully measure the level. Any suggestions? I know there's a sensor, but I'm not sure where it is to check the connection(s)?

Thanks in advance!

With all things computer controlled, maybe try disconnecting the negative terminal of your battery for about a minute and that will reset things and get the oil level measurement working again. Save your profile(s) to a USB stick first!
