Who Said The PX6 Was Trash? Who said he was slow? That he had bugs? I say on the other hand that in comparison and in all honesty: the Snapdragon 625 and much superior to the Rockchip 3399 in every point (Audio / Video / Power) and as RedErik says: it is no longer supported and monitored.

So and just say for a new purchase we should advise him: S625 - Android 10 - 1920x720

It's even almost safe, if when you gently push your sim card inward, and it doesn't move.
Your best bet is to take a small pair of tweezers, put your cell phone in selfie mode and position it against your windshield so you can see what's going on, and try (gently!) to pull the end of the sim card outwards and straight.

There are few options to connect the front CVBS camera:
- Using RCA DVR In, DVR Settings - CVBS, you can see then the front camera in DVR app from Apps Menu
- Using controller box for two cameras (front and rear), you can switch to front camera automatically changing gear from R to D or with an extra button when your gear box is in R mode.
- You can use Video In RCA and Camera +12V (the same as for rear camera) and tick the F_cam in Factory Settings (related app will appear in the Apps menu, then the front camera supposed to show automatically when changing gear from R to D. But this option not always works, dunno why.

No idea on how to hook up AHD front camera.

Just an update regarding music pause during receiving phone call. I had figured out the behaviour between android and OEM phone system using the wheel thumb scroll button. When command is send to OEM, the Android also capture the key event and execute it. In my case, the focus App in my Android HU during normal bootup is PowerAmp v3. So when I received the call, the HUD will show incoming call while iDrive screen still maintain Android Interface. Once I press the thumb wheel button, it will accept the call. In the same time, the key event is capture by Android and pause the music. If I hang up the call by pressing the thumb wheel button again, it will end the call and Android will get the key event and continue playing the music. But if I let the caller hang up the call without pressing the thumb wheel, then the PowerAmpl still in Pause mode. I need to resume the music by pressing the thumb wheel again.

Well, that is certainly not a Snapdragon 625... but what it is exactly is hard to tell. Kinda looks like one of these Intel units.

It is actually an MTK8257 (Autochips AC8257) 8-core 32GB/2GB unit and most likely this is Android 10. It's easy to display any information on the launcher but CPU-Z will be reading actual API level.

No it is not possible, in my opinion, I tried in a roundabout way with the TASKER application to intercept the command, but then, I entered an infinite loop of launching the "OK Google" assistant. or even any other applications. I think assistant voice call command is only possible if original BMW OEM, you don't have this option, then the button could be coded through TASKER. Also, this is only my personal experience and my tests.

If you had the PDC before, and when you plug in your HU you have nothing left: it must then certainly be a badly inserted plug. You should look at your connections in the harness and at the back of the idrive

done all of this and even put the old screen back in. Still parking sensors arent working. Anyone know what fuse the PDC is. i changed ones i though it was but need to double check

I couldn't get the Alexa app to work until I changed the Language in system settings to English US
I can't get Tasker or Macrodroid to enable the voice button as I am not able to get ADB running on my PC (the environment settings are different on my PC to all the guides I've watched)
It would be great if there were a simple solution to this.
I can trigger the assistant with a second press of the Menu/Home button (using Nova launcher) but that means I always have to close whichever app is in use
