I believe it will but check the type of connection you have at the bottom if you send me a pic I can tell you. Also it may need minor programming but my buddy can do that for you if you are interested.

Excellent seller - don't hesitate to buy from him

Quik shipping on my unit & it looks as if new - nice upgrade over the non ceramic version, adds a little more class - price was good too considering what these go for new from BMW

I have received a number of questions about the idrive controllers asking to see photos of other units. So I took a pic of all the units I have. They are all guaranteed working.

Shipping cost:
Pickup -200$ cash
Shipped CA 9$
Shipped west coast and western states: $11
Shipped east coast 14$

Paying PayPal, no problem, I accept payment as gift and will honor that the unit gets there working and it's as pictured. Feel free to send money for goods and services but add the 4% fees after shipping i.e. east coast 214 + $9 =223.

Not trying to make money on shipping or fees but I have a number of people asking for these things, and they will sell eventually.

The pic:

There are used units but they are in great shape. Upon purchase I provide my cell number so you can get in touch with me if needed and I can text photos of the unit you will receive.

Thanks for reading!

Since these look like the newer NBT controllers, would there be any compatibility issues with my CIC? Also, in the future I was considering switching to NBT, would there be any issues with that?

the newer NBT idrive, I have not seen them yet, they are the NBT Evo iDrive, nothing special from what i have heard same connected same tech different look, in my opinion i dont really like it i like the all black look better, but it should be an easy swap. However the swap from CIC to NBT (Ceramic) is a little more difficult i think you may need a little bit of coding. but i would look into that. it may be a lot easier than that.

Also it came to me a bit late if you were asking if this controller would work with the newer NBT Evo Software, then yeas it will 100% i have seen videos.

Edit:

You are talking about this unit right?

and this would be the basic B!tch version

right now those units are extremely over priced so i have not been able to scoop one but one of these days, probably in a year or more.
