Did you miss the numbers that say $3,500?

That's a credit for financing (not leasing).

$2,500 on one post, $3,500 on website.
I get it, yes, something is not right

@Jason .. is there a build stop on 440i Coupes till MY2020?

We tried to order one in Dec.. told had to wait till 1st week of Jan.. now we are told, no more 440's till MY 2020... April is best guess.

ANY insight would be helpful.

Thanks!!

The incentives vary region to region. What gets posted here is usually a national or most common number. For example in the northeast the lease credits on the 3 series were 1k less than National during fall and holiday.

I negotiated a great deal (I thought) on an ordered car only to find our there are no more "allocations" from my dealer. Is this BS?

My 435 lease ends end of Feb. If I wanted to order the same car, what are my options? Dealer inventories are dreadfully over optioned and make the car way too expensive.

My lease is officially done 2/24/2019. Do I extend (keep paying) for a couple months? I hate doing that because it seems you are just throwing money away.

Someone told me BMW will not charge you if you have a car on order and it's delayed. I think this is obviously different.

But what if I was able to order before my expiration date... what would they do then? Would I still pay for March and April?

How are you "throwing money away"? When you extend your lease you simply keep renting they car for another few months, bmw gets the money and you get use of the car. No different than the rest of your lease term.

BMW will not give you free extra months on your current car whether you have an order for another car or not, unless maybe your situation is unique . . they messed up your order etc etc

In order to qualify for the lease loyalty credit, do you have to be a current lessee or can you be a past lessee with BMW FS?

2016 435XI Grand Coupe CPO

Hi everyone,

I finally purchased my first BMW 2016 435 XI Grand Coupe. Always wanted to get one. However, I ended up getting a CPO with only 2500 miles on it. Basically the specifics are as follows:

1. Saddle Brown Dakota Leather
2. Cold Weather Package
3. Driver Assistance Package
4. Driver Assistance Package Plus
5. M Sport Package
6. Technology Package
7. Black Kidney Grills

I paid all in $37.5K for it. Do you guys think its was a good deal? I already purchased the car so no use crying over spilled milk but I am hoping getting feedback from everyone will make me sleep better at night.

Thanks
DK

Hey guys

Looking to lease for the first time.

Are the incentives stackable?

Lender $ offer $2250
Lease bonus $ offer $2250 (I’m assuming one is for leasing and one is for financing?)
Loyalty offer $ $2500

I also have an Ol code from the Bmw event

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks!

All,

I’m US military living in Europe, and the local BMW mil sales dealer is offering the 2020 430i GC Sport Line (w/convenience package & leatherette) at $38K out the door. The M-sport (HK audio, HUD, 19” rims, exec package, leather, heated wheel, adaptive suspension) is $44K. Xdrive for +$2K on either one. I can order the car instead of taking one from existing stock, provided I keep the options the same and only choose inside/out colors/trim. I’ve exhausted the search function and online reviews and have a few questions:

-Would I be dumb to pass this up, or are 20% rebates the norm given the redesign on the way next year?

-Obviously I am the only one who can decide whether the extra options are worth the money. Do the 2018 updates help the gap between Sport Line and M Sport?

https://bavarianmotorcars.com/en/bmw...html?title=New

Let me know what you think. Thanks!

That's is honestly terrible should be at 20% discount off msrp for sales price start with that then add the incentives

Just want to get everyone's thoughts on a lease quote I got last week:

2019 440i Gran Coupe
-MSRP: $60,230
-Selling Price: $52,500
-Money Factor: 0.00165
-Residual: 57% (10k miles/year)
-Term: 36-months
-Total Rebates: $8,250 ($5,250 lease credit; $2,500 loyalty; $500 CA credit)
-Total Drive Off: $3,000
-Monthly Base Payment: $419.18
-Total Monthly Payment w/ 9.5% tax: $459.00

Is this a fair deal (i.e., is the selling price aggressive or should I be getting more of a discount)?
