Its not about the price ... No one is arguing which one is cheaper

Roughly 75%-95% of the efficiency of a known high dollar intercooler(no hard evidence so this is just an uneducated guess) is worth 25% of the price to most people. At the end of the day it's definitely an improvement over stock which is the whole point of modifying cars. Let's be honest, who the hell actually "NEEDS" that extra efficiency and is going to be able to tell the difference from behind the wheel?

Since it is a bigger intercooler, it will deliver better IAT than stock.

From the graphs we are seein this FMIC is showing numbers 20 degrees higher than sport wagner intercooler so around 30-40 higher than wagner EVO 2

Thats a big difference and it will be felt by any driver


Again, if user is ok with that and would rather sacrifice some performance to save money that is is completely fine by me. I never went after anyone for getting this intercooler, im only replying to user making claims that this is on the same level (or near the same level) of Wagner or other brand FMIC

Wagners graphs are in Celsius and the logs with the ebay are Fahrenheit. When converted puts the deltas pretty similar to each other.

Not saying the name brands aren't better but dollar for dollar the ebay one seems to be holding its own and better deal.

But some people like to get off on how much they spent on their parts and like to know they got the best of the best of the best. We do all drive BMW's after all
