Did you have a chance to explore Dinan Shockware?

Dinan springs are about 30% stiffer than stock so you might find your ride much harsher. Eibach springs are about 10% stiffer for more control without the harshness.

M Adaptive suspension offers few tuning options: Shockware, different springs - and that is about it.

Shockware will turn Comfort into Sport and Sport into an even stiffer proposition.

I personally like M Adaptive suspension but it doesn't come close to Magnetic ride suspension.

Indeed. Magnetic ride is technologically more advanced.
But the Adaptive M Suspension is definitely worth it and I personally am pretty happy with it. I did upgrade the springs to lower the car (due to xDrive) and it became even better.

Yes - M Adaptive suspension has been included as part of Track Handling Package, which also features M Sport brakes and variable steering.

M Adaptive suspension comes with a specific design intent that BMW engineers came up with. It's a take-it-or-leave-it decision.

The pluses of M Adaptive suspension clearly outweigh the minuses.

If BMW were to address one minus in M Adaptive suspension ...

- Faster compression and rebound cycle, especially in Sport mode. The suspension tends to bounce more than desired as opposed to absorbing the road imperfection quicker and rebounding just as quickly to maintain the suspension geometry

Does anyone have access to a wiring diagram for the EDC system? I have a hunch about some tunability but it would be nice to confirm some things before bothering to hook up a scope...

I have adaptive suspension with dinan springs + supp kit + shockware on my 340i. Huge change, much less bounce and body roll.
