It works to a point. Clicking on some repair instructions throws a 403 not authorised error and you need to reload the site again.

I'm amazed that's available. I entered my VIN number and could see all the service history that's stored on the BMW servers.

Nice find, but I reckon that will get shut down sharpish.

Super useful to get all the service details from the previous owner, wild this is working now, wonder how long it will stay up. You can’t “add” things to their system from this link, right? Was playing around with the navigation map version but didn’t submit anything…

Ye, I think you're right. Don't think it'll last long.

What I found interesting was for certain work it shows the Fixed Rate Unit (labour amount), would be interesting if they use these amounts or increase them. For anyone wondering 1 FRU = 5 minutes.

Yeah it looks like a leaked dealer level database. It will definitely get shutdown.

Interestingly it showed the reverse camera I had retrofitted using genuine parts from Cotswold as well as a record of the telematics battery I replaced (also from Cotswold) in the spec section.
Useful resource although I suspect this won't be around for long

I've just bought myself a 120k miles F30 320d, and joined these forums.

Put my VIN n and was able to read all the service information. (I'm not sure how to find the history in the car or on the key as it only shows next due date)

My car certainly feels solid, but the interior and exterior has been abused a bit, but great to know I have the N47T engine not the N47 and that all the services have been done on time and by garages or BMW specialists.

Any idea how from now on, as I enjoy self servicing my vehicles, how I can write the service history on the car and key ?

Also I'm tempted to scrape some of the information from these pages, wiring diagrams, technical notes and guides etc... so useful but there is so much.
