CG Precision DS-1 Catted Downpipe - $800 Shipped
This was installed for 1000 miles on my car, the sound is wonderful and it's a worthwhile upgrade. Install was very easy and took about an hour to get on the car.

I have left the gasket on the downpipe, this was a new gasket when I installed it.

I'll also throw in my old V-band clamp and copper nuts in case yours don't work out.
