If the budget remains flexible, I also recommend KW Street Comfort coilovers. I've had these coilovers in the past - an excellent experience. In short, these coilovers provide near OEM height or slightly lowered stance and vastly improve suspension behavior without giving up comfort.

$1500 max including install. I'm deciding between eibach and koni reds and m performance suspension. Leaning towards M performance susp. though as it is made by BMW.

+1 for the M performance suspension. I just installed it this fall and it's been great. Also, since you already have the m-sport suspension, your m performance kit should be around $1k since you won't need the sway bars.
