F36 - H&R Supersports?
Is anyone familiar with why the F36 in not compatible with H&R super sports? Does the car sit higher than an F32? After searching the forums the only reason I was able to find is that the GC weighs more which would alter the factory suspension.
I'm looking to put H&R springs on the car to reduce the current 3 finger fender gap I have w/ M sport & adaptive suspension. I got the sport springs for my F22 and the drop was perfect. |

It fits fine. I sold my super sports to a person with an F36 and he liked it. It eliminated the wheel gap way better than the regular sport springs.

Did he have a 428i GC or 430i GC? Not sure this would affect compatibility. I would be ordering the super sports for the 440i.

It has no effect. They all have the same suspension. but I believe he had a 4 cyl model. He also commented that keeping the adaptive suspension was really nice to be able to adjust how soft the suspension was even with the stiffer springs, so he liked it all around.

Yep, that was other's concern as well. But more and more people are trying it now that the myth has been busted.
