HU ENTRYNAV to NBT Evo ID6 retrofit issue

Hi all.. I have a 2014 F31 with ENTRYNAV which I am attempting to retrofit a NBT EVO HU into..

The new HU has a GPS input (as my car has no ATM) and was coded for my car with new 2020 maps installed, and wide-screen Apple carplay unlocked.

After install, everything worked fine until I turned the ignition off and locked the car.. apple carplay was running at the time.. the screen flickered back to the BMW menu screen before turning off.. I mention this as it didn't look quite right..

The next time I started the car, apple carplay was not available (it told me so!) and now BMW Navigation will not even start - the menu box just says "Loading.."

Can any expert help with what has gone wrong here?

Best regards,
Greig

Was the headunit coded to your VIN number, you need to check if the FSC codes have been rejected - use esys for this.
