50.3 is not the latest. Since then, 50.4, 51.0, and 51.1 was released, one of which this car likely had on it.

Ok. So do I need to download another whole data set or can I just get updates? Also, do I need to check the car first before finding out which set to choose?

I think it is a normal behaviour to buy the latest versions whenever you buy a software, unless there's a specific need for an older version. Just IMHO.

TokenMaster's solution is still fairly new, and he and I have recently discussed updating things so his can be included, and in fact that has already been done. I can't help the timing of people's requests. Things are constantly changing, and updates are made as soon as possible, but it so happens that people make requests for information just prior to things changing or being updated. There is nothing that can be done about it and most people just take it in stride. As for pricing, you need to contact the developer, but it is favorable.

The traditional patch is E-Sys version specific, and the developer doesn't "distibute" any E-Sys. People request from him the Patch version that matches the E-Sys version they have. But I will tell you that while I have all versions of E-Sys, as I test them extensively, on my actual coding Laptop, I am still using E-Sys 3.23.4.

Is there anyway to code the radio so I can pickup EU stations? i.e. Us stations end in odd numbers, 99.1 and EU stations in evens or odds. I have a US spec car in Germany.

HU_CIC => RADIO_COUNTRY = ECE

Radio Country for FM/AM Radio - Changing to ECE will change Radio Tuner to European (ECE) Frequency Bands as follows:

• FM from .2 MHz (200 KHz) to .1 MHz (100 KHz) to allow for picking up the Even FM channel center frequencies.
• AM from 10 KHz channel spacing to 9 KHz channel spacing.

My idrive unit was replaced by the dealership due to random rebooting while using navigation, so I have to redo all the coding.

I tried to do it just now but I got a few errors reading those cafd files.

I'm currently using 50.4 PSdZData

Hi Shawn, According to some problems with flickering headlights i want to restore default settings. I used "code default values" in esys. The car is mostly dead now. I cant connect to te car. I receive an ip address but no ZWG available. I cant start anymore. Any suggestions?
