Hello i have 2013 328 baseline car, will this fit my car and second is there a big difference between what i have and the m sport suspension?

yup, it would fit perfectly. It'll give you a 10mm drop, and a much sportier feel.

It came off a RWD, but as far as I know it would fit xDrive just fine. Lots of xDrive owners get aftermarket suspensions, so I would think M Sport Suspension would be no problem.

I also have a 2013 base model.

Any idea how difficult is it to remove mine and install this 704. Is it something I should be able to do myself with a bmw jack and a few basic tools, or would I likely need to pay someone a few hours labor?

I did it myself and I have very little mechanical experience. The most mechanical thing I've done before this was swap an alternator lol. It took me a long time and there was definitely some hiccups on the way, but now I bet I could do it in an hour per corner. Check out this guide and see what you think.
