Exclamation Timing Chain - Engine out of time

I was working on replacing the timing chain on the car and I took the tensioner bolt out before making sure the engine was at top dead center. So when we manually turned the car over the bottom gear moved without tension on the chain so now the car is out of time. How can I retime the car. Please help thanks!
