VRSF (my experience)

Ordered an intercooler/downpipes/rings from this vendor...everything was smooth so far. A few days go by and notice that the label for tracking has only been done and no items have shipped. I email customer support, no answer...days go by and I continue sending emails to support/IG even. No reply, its been 1 week+ nothing has been shipped, and they finally respond back but no solution and go back to ghost. I know everyone used their parts but damn the customer support and just their customer service has been the worst Ive used thus far. I even PMd the rep here @thiago and nothing.

Will cancel my order if no communication after today, absolutely ridiculous

yea that sounds pretty outrageous, I ordered a charge pipe from them and everything went smooth even though I never emailed there customer support I can imagine cause they get thousands of orders, but still no exception for being such a big company
