Going e30 this week
Besides measuring the E content in the e85 and the 93 is there anything else I need to do before hand. I already got the e30 tune also.

Stock hpfp?
if so I would consider going at least stage 1 or 2 because at e30 your right at the limit of the hpfp. At the fbo e30 power level I would do a xhp stage3 flash tune (TCU) if you haven't already done so. What mods are on the car?

If you are BM3, E30 might crash the HPFP depending on how precise your mix is and the weather in your area (assuming stock HPFP). You will want to log right away after driving for a few miles to get the tank mixed and circulated. If you are MHD you should but OK but still log, i run E30 on the stage 2+ MHD E20 map.

BM3 map runs more boost, especially at the lower and upper RPM, and its a flat boost target instead of a load-based tune like MHD, which among other things means that the tune does not adjust for changes in ambient conditions so for example HPFP can crash when its cold outside (low IATs). Also BM3 map "calls for" E30 whereas MHD calls for E20, i just run E30 on it since our 91 octane fuel quality is terrible.

you can run the stage 2 e30 map just fine if your hpfp is good... just don't over add as you may crash fuel pressure. always log to make sure you're good.
I was about to run e30 to e35 but I was getting dips, thankfully never had any crashes.

The e85 near me is 70% and the 93 is 8%. I order near spark plugs and I'm getting the xhp trans tune this week so I'll probably full up a tank of e30 in the next 2 weeks
