is there a way to find out what extra's was bought for my car ?

hey guys,

Is there a way you can find out the Original purchase price of your car ? (just curious)
and what extra's were picked from the catalogue (assuming u can pick individual upgrades over a pack, etc) ...

Only curious on the whole, as recently wifey just got a 2018 320d m sport (but totally standard), step-daughter just got an F20 118i m sport Shadow edition, but has HK sound system, nice alloys, blue calipers...

Mine is the 2017 335d, things i know would be upgrades is the heated steering wheel, all elec seats, adaptive LED headlights (no idea what makes these different from the wifes 'LED' headlights) , i got HK sound, HUD, adaptive suspension, blue calipers, and the trim looks a bit nicer on the inside of mine......

Cant get my head around the display unit for satnat, etc .....
Mine and wifeys is same shape display (long recentangle), but her display dont look as pretty should i say, or bit more basic....

Doesn't give the purchase price, but does list all the items the car was ordered with.

A lot of the items on the list are standard here, but aren't present or might be slightly different in some markets - for example the S8SM visible VIN, the S853 language version

Those are all specc'ed automatically

From what I can see, added options look like :

Sun protection glass
Electric seats
Front heated seats
Pro Nav
HUD
HK sound
Adaptive LED lights with High beam assist
Heated steering wheel
Adaptive suspension

As to your question to what difference the adaptive lights are over the 'normal' LED lights, have a quick read of the manual (on the idrive). Also, work out if you want the adaptive suspension to activate in sport mode or not (I didn't when I had my F31, I felt it made the ride quality noticeably worse), but you can specify in the settings whether suspension stays in 'normal' or 'sport' mode

Overall, it's a pretty nicely specced car

very helpful, thank u !!
I put the car on Eibachs, so i think the adaptive now becomes bone crusher!
and i thought at first the adaptive headlights meant i could keep the blinders on in the dark, and the car wouldnt blind oncoming traffic......
Cars were soon flashing me !
