Yes, it exists:

Name: Image 001.png
Views: 361
Size: 114.8 KB

But no one has installable version, including MWAHAB. This is special edition that came preinstalled from factory many years ago, and no copy has ever been made public.

You can clone CIC HDD Image and write to another HDD, although the odds of you finding HDD with this map installed is no better than finding the installable map by itself.

I also do not have FSC code.

Another newbie here. I bought a used 2016 435i xDrive Convertible a couple of months ago. I'm in NC. My local BMW dealer has confirmed a map upgrade is available for the Navigator and wants to charge $280 to install. Sounds like this could be DIY by downloading to a USB drive? Please direct me to the resources I need to get up to speed on how I can get this down on my own. Much appreciated!
