IDrive Service History

Hi

Apologise if there is a post already up about this but I can't seem to find any.

I have a 435D XDrive 15 plate (F33) and the mileage is 27000 but I can't see the IDrive service history. Does this mean that car has not had it's first service? Surely that's not the case otherwise it would have alerted me on the Service Requirements for the oil change etc.

Any help would be appreciated people.

A local BMW dealer could be able to get you the service history. As far as I know, iDrive doesn't provide service history.

iDrive doesn't tell you what's been done, it only tells you what needs to be done.

Is the dealer obligated to provide service history if requested?

Im pretty sure I asked for it previously and was denied because "it had the original owners information on it."

Sounded like BS at the time.

You may not see what service has been done, but you can see when and at what mileage a service has been done.
In Germany you can also see what service has been done under connecteddrive.de.

My iDrive does not show when or at what mileage any service has been done. It only shows when and at what estimated mileage the next service is due. My ConnectedDrive page doesn't show any service information.

Here i have a picture of my car's service history in iDrive (from the last service a few days ago still no picture made).
And the second picture is the service history in connecteddrive website.

Mine does not do that. Model year 2015.

Yeah I'm aware that the iDrive allows you to view previous servuces that has been done and what mileage.

Spoke to BMW who couldn't tell me what was done because of customer confidentiality. BS if you ask me
