Introducing: The VMR | Wheels V802

The V802: Where Sport and Elegance Meet
Following the success of the V801, we wanted to add another full-face mesh design into our
lineup. Enter: the V802. With an aggressive, angular design, the V802 is sure to turn heads with
whatever vehicle it's on. With alternating spoke widths and details that are present throughout
the wheel, we were able to achieve a multidimensional design aesthetic where every passing
glance reveals something new.

Crystal Black Buff
Given the angular and detail oriented nature of this wheel, we felt it was necessary to create a
new finish that would complement those design choices. The result is our brand new Crystal
Black Buff finish. With black serving as the base coat, the high gloss clear coat creates a dark
mirror-like appearance. The combination of the design of the V802 and this new finish create a
synergy that you would be proud to put on your mod list.

Due to Popular Demand: Bronze
Whether it be our custom powder coat Frozen Bronze, Titan Bronze, or Bronze Burst, there
hasn’t been short supply of our customers who want bronze wheels. It’s a color that contrasts
perfectly with nearly any body color and really helps your wheels grab the attention of
passersby. This got us to ask ourselves, “why don’t we make a factory bronze option?” So, we
did.

Engineered for Perfection
When we design something that we find to be stunning, it loses a considerable amount of luster
if we can’t get it to perform at that same level. As such, we knew that we had to utilize our
cutting edge flow form technology for the V802. For the uninitiated, flow forming is a
manufacturing process in which the barrel of the wheel is forged using high heat and high
pressure rollers. Using this technique allows us to create a wheel that weighs less, while
keeping prices competitive.

Range of Options
The V802 is available in a variety of specifications to fit a wide range of vehicles. Combine this
with our in-house machining and the result is a wheel that fits more applications than we can
count.

V802 Available Sizes
  • 18x8.5 ET35/ET45
  • 18x9.5 ET35/ET45
  • 19x8.5 ET35
  • 19x9.5 ET25/ET35/ET45

Pricing
18” starts at $325/wheel.
19” starts at $365/wheel.

Crystal Black Buff

Matte Bronze

Anthracite Metallic

As photoshoots are released and customers begin to send in photos, we’ll update this thread accordingly. We’re really looking forward to seeing these on a variety of cars.

@itznicke boothed with us for Big SoCal Euro 2019 and we knew we wanted to get a photoshoot of his car. The Crystal Black V802s contrast perfectly with the classic Alpine White. PM or email brandon@velocitymotoring.com for pricing and availability.

Looking to get a set of these for my m340. Can't decide what color I like best. My car is dravit Grey. Another guy posted his m340 with svf rims in bronze and it looked great so I'm leaning towards that.

Any recommendations vmr?

VMRWheels I'm wondering how 35 & 45 offsets will fit on my F30 LCI 330i. I’ve looked up these set ups and the results came with warnings like negative scrub radius will be changed by -6 mm (with ET 35) and by -16 mm (with 45) and these may affect the car's handling. Could you advise please?

IMO, most won't feel a difference. Especially if they're just daily driving. We have quite a few customers that track with the 8.5 ET35/9.5 ET45 setup and love it. I don't have any personal experience with that setup, but I switched to wider wheels and aggressive specs on my last vehicle and didn't notice much difference during my daily drive and autocross events. Maybe others that have experience with the setup can chime in.

How about weights for the 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear (for an F30 N55 M Sport staggered)? I'm not sure what offset I'd need just yet, but I'm assuming that doesn't change weight much.

The 19x8.5 is about 23.8 lbs and the 19x9.5 are about 24.2 lbs.

The wheels are 19x8.5 ET35 in front and 19x9.5 ET45 in the rear. The tires are 225/40/19 and 255/35/19. I'm not sure what the suspension is, unfortunately, but I do know that he's on springs.

Will v802's fit my car?

I have a 2016 BMW 328i and am interested in getting a set of the gloss black v802's and just wanted to make sure they would fit properly on my car. Also what would be the suggested size setup? Currently stock suspension and wheel setup.

I have an F30 N55 M sport with everything stock. Looking to downsize from my 19s to 18" wheels and tires for a more comfortable ride. I believe I have staggered setup. Can I go to 18" non staggered setup on my vehicle? If so please pm pricing with Michelin A/S3 tires. Thank you!

Any chance you guys will (or can??) make them in larger sizes, specifically ones for the F80 like 19x11? I love these wheels, but 19x9.5 is just too small for 295-305 in the rear.
