ConnectedDrive is for 6NR BMW Apps. It does not work without a 9C FSC Enabling Code Imported and Activated in the Head Unit. This is what unlocks and enables the feature, and it is issued and sold by BMW only.

Navigation, Voice Control, BMW Apps, Satellite Radio, Night Vision, Speed Limit Info, etc., all require FSC Enabling Codes in order to function.

It is VIN specific, so one can't give you theirs. You can purchase one specific for your car's VIN for any seller with BMW ASAP Portal Access.

LMAO at the language barrier.

You would need to purchase a code that is specific for your VIN.

If while it is there though, there are also applicable Service Bulletins that they decide to apply to your car, and one of those SIB's calls for programming the car with an ISTA/P Level higher than your car currently has on it, then it will be programmed too.
I'm going for service soon too, and i'm sorry if this is a dumb question but why can't we just tell them not to program our cars?

They don't want to program you car, and generally won't, as it costs them time and money. They do it only when the car has a problem or there exists an applicable Service Bulletin on the car that calls for programming.

Theoretical question.
If somebody hit the "Code default values" button on any ECU, how to get working CAFD file for that ECU?

5 is 5 in hex, or 05 for two digits.

Not in this case (zero five). Hexadecimal uses 0-9 and A-F to represent the decimal numbers 0-15 in a single "position", so any number less than 10 is the same in either decimal or hex.

1E = 30
05 = 5
