Figured I'm due for an update here.

Ended up getting the HRE FF01s. Didn't really want 19s or a staggered set up but I got them for a really good price. They definitely look awesome, but probably make the car a little slower for sure. For how big they are, they are pretty light weight.

HRE FF01 Tarmac 19x8.5 + 30mm / 19x10 + 40mm

Tires are 235/35ZR-19 and 275/30ZR-19. Works fine on xdrive. Found a chart that shows staggered wheel set ups that work fine with xdrive for 18" and 19" wheels. Will attach some pictures to this thread.

The major update is that I got a Pure Stage 2 turbocharger. I just got it put it a couple weeks ago however I am chasing down a big boost leak somewhere and I literally have no idea where it is. To find it I ordered a pressure test cap from lisle but theres videos on how to make your own and also a detailed thread by thejeremyman9, so go look up his threads and you'll find it. I ordered the legit one because it was only $50 bucks and I am going to be testing from a spot on my intake tube not necessarily the inlet, so its an odd size (95mm). Plan is to be able to hook up the compressor and hopefully hear where the air is coming out of.

My only guess where it could be from is the hot side charge pipe connection and maybe the sucking jet pump as well. I probably have a lot of other tiny vacuum leaks my plan is to just go through them one by one. May also swap out the charge pipe O-ring for the extra thicc O-rings someone recommended using (I think it may have been thejeremyman9 again).

Hopefully the boost leak testing all works out well and I have an update for you all within the next week or two when I move on to working out all of the tuning for the turbo and 100% meth set up. My plan is to dyno it in both RWD and AWD mode as soon as I feel confident in the tuning.
