Does anyone have the part number for the iDrive 8.5 system but they couldn't replicate the issue. Have you checked the fluid levels? That's usually the first sign of trouble.

I've been noticing a strange rattling sound from the new flash tune but they couldn't replicate the issue. There's a massive DIY thread on this exact issue over in the DIY section.
