i think you have a bad DVD3 for 2023. i would try to replace it/burn it one more time.

make sure also you the the correct size for the archive before you unzipp it. i know many people who installed 2023 successfully so there is a problem you have there locally.

Thanks again, can you explain this part? The 3 DVDs were all done in the same way, so I'm not sure why one would be faulty.

Same place I got the 2020 from, also supplied the fsc code.

Update:
I checked comments from others and found the comment below, so it looks like a DVD burning issue. Next time I try I'll burn extra DVDs as that person suggested.
But it can wait, 2 hours upload is painful...
