Hello shawnsheridan,
I've been looking for this information all over since I just moved to Italy and my North America maps don't do me much good here...Heck I even had an FSC code for when I upgraded the maps back in 2015, but no clue where that is now. Anywho, I found this forum thanks to your info in this thread and so I just registered and am waiting an hour so I can use the PM function

I'm trying to upgrade to:
ROAD MAP Europe Move 2018-2, VIN is T392354.

VIN B988576 is 2008 car with older DVD based Navigation. It runs PROFESSIONAL Map DVD, not PREMIUM map, and it requires no FSC Code.

VIN NP17616 is North American car. You cannot just load Asian (Taiwan) map. CIC Head unit would first have to be converted to Asian Spec.
