Recall for 2018 440X Gran Coupe

I called in to make an appointment for an oil change and was told there's a recall on my car (2018 440x Gran Coupe) - for a reprogram?

Seems odd b/c I did a search and there's no such recall on the BMW website or the Canadian government recall database.

Anyone know what's going on?

Sounds like the software update which has been doing the rounds here in the U.K. to provide engine component protection if rev'd at idle
