EDC? Replacing Shocks

I know this subject has been brought up several times and I’ve read some of the threads, but some how I keep getting confused whether or not my car has EDC. When in sports mode, my suspension does get tighter. Is this a clear indication that my car has EDC? Sorry for the newbie questions.

Here’s some photos of my stock shocks

your car doesn't have it EDC. the circled yellow nubs indicate it has EDC

you can decode your VIN also, it will say M adaptive and SA2VF
