When do we foresee this coming out of beta? Are there timelines historically that tell us how long they are beta for? Any reason not to get it in Beta? is it easily upgrade able to final product?

Received mine today, after staring at it all day at work i had it installed in 5 minutes. I'm impressed to say the least, quite a drastic increase over stock. Exactly what i was hoping for coming from my FBO N54. Great job so far Terry

It all depends on how the testing goes Any reason not to get it in Beta? Judging from the past Beta JB4s, no reason not to get it now

How did you find the run things through the firewall? I'm seeing two grommets, one really big one and another one facing down. I'm guessing your used the big one. Is this correct. Grommet The large grommet is in the center of the photo. I'm not excited about the thought of removing such a large grommet (its roughly 3.5" in diameter), but if thats what it takes, then i'll do it, with the thought of mmodifying it soon. Thanks! |

I believe I used the same grommet as JayDD007....I cut a small "x" in it and fed the OBD cable through it and replaced it

Thanks for the replies jeebops and JayDD007. It looks like the difference may be that your automatic and I have a manual. I've got a few ideas on how to get it through. Thanks for your responses. I'm looking forward to the extra power!

Is there any word whether the JB4 will be able to stack with the Power and Sound kit? I want the full exhaust that comes with that kit but can't see it being worth it if the MPPK doesn't increase power at all.

Per Terry
Did a little dyno testing today with our prototype intake and VM's prototype DP. Runs were done on 93 octane, no meth flowing, so we could try to get a close to apples to apples comparison of before. I was not able to get a run of just the DPs without the intake this go around but previous testing with the intake showed around 7-8whp gains. So the rest is the combination of the DP and slightly more aggressive mapping allowable with the bolt on parts.
