If you compare all these hybrid turbo, then the $ 1,700 GC is undoubtedly the leader.

I run the DAW turbo. It spools faster than Pure800. A friend of mine has the GC+ and he said it lagged really bad.

It's not all about the max psi though is it. I'll happily run my pure800 at 25ps and just crank the timing.

I'd also rather pay not to have a Vargas piece of poop

I would go with Pure Turbos if the process wasnt such a pain in the ass. Could get the base price for the turbos at SSR Performance, but labor would be $2250. Not worth it at all. Would rather get DAW Flow Max, keep a conservative boost level (example: 25 psi), and have it installed for less than $1000.

You'd run a Pure800 at just 25psi? Why?
Mine runs 28 daily and has bee known to see 30 (maybe a smidge more)

We do not have E85 for free sale. Only in 50L barrels to order. There is only 98Ron at the gas station.

GC and DAW both seem like great options compared to PureTurbos. How much is WMI if u want to buy the fuel?

Likewise, we can't buy E85 in the UK at the pump we have to buy 99% ethanol and that is ~£2.20/L. Pump fuel is £1.60L at the moment.

Meth is just £1.10/L so I prefer to use as much of that in my car as possible.

still waiting for a comparison with the DAW and Pure 800 pictures or dimensions of wheels, i have yet to see someone break 650whp with a DAW turbo and i feel like at first they were claiming the DAW was good to 850hp and still says it on some of the resellers advertisement page like x-ph.

Yeah, 600whp is probably your most realistic level with DAW

Our website copies the product description directly from the manufacturer.

I just checked DAW's website, and they claim the kit can handle 850+ whp on there as well

For the record it says hp not whp (still a baseless claim imo). Since all dynos read differently, real world times are more interesting to me anyway. And the fact that they perform similarly to Pure is all you really need to know

i know you just reposted from DAW. Always great price and great service. ordered one from you. would have ordered a pure but i emailed Pure and they told me minimum of 6 to 8 weeks but most likely longer. i asked for worst case scenario and they couldn't give me one when i told them i heard of people waiting over 5 months.

still no where near what they advertise. i ordered one if that matters, and to be fair they perform similarly to the Vargas GC. still waiting to see if anyone actually measures the manifold from DAW, they say increased flow but without any flow testing we will not know. i will measure the stock manifold and the DAW when i get it and post what i find. i know when all the cast N54 turbos came out all the manufacturers were claiming an increase of flow but only a few were actually larger than the stock turbo manifolds, some were actually smaller...
