Last NBT version is Gracenote-DB for NBT & NBT-EVO 03-2017, but when installed, GNDB shows a 2016 date. So, I doubt it is update for you.

Are you able to send me a link to the 07-2015 GNDB for CIC? I'm aware its no longer updated but would appreciate it regardless. I'm in Australia. Does it have a separate region of files or share with another country?
