Request: Black 435i M Sport w/ Black Grill

I just recently got my black 435i M Sport, and plan on changing out the stock grill to the black kidney grill. If you have a black 435i with a black grill, can you please post a picture? I'd like to get an idea of how it looks before I actually do it.

Looks like a laser jammer. BTW, laser jammer not included with black grills.

Which jammer did you get diablo2112?

No jammer. They're the BMW LED fogs/aux DDLs.

First mod to the car was the Grill. Makes a huge difference to the look of the car if you're after for the B/B look.

They are OEM, available from BMW parts counter among other places.

They're designed to work automatically with no switches. They illuminate when the car starts, and stay lit. They also move to a dim setting when the headlights (not DRLs) are active. None-the-less, I wanted to control when they turn on as well as the hi/lo dim setting for these. I custom installed 2 additional switches in the dash to the right of the headlight control for this purpose.

Since the pic below, I've changed the lower switch to orange lighting as well. They match the lighting in the rest of the cabin. Switches illuminate when the LED lights are turned on (top switch) and when they're put on dim mode (bottom switch).

I like them and miss the extra light on my msport. So many deer in my area and always found fogs helpful.

Do they throw a lot of light? Rough idea of cost?

Thanks!

Interesting, how much were a set of these? How are they held on? Can they be mounted pretty much any where on the bumper or are they designated for the area you have them mounted on? I would want to mount a set on each side where the oil coolers sit. Sorry for the questions.

Here are a few pics I took after I installed the black performance grills. I thought about just leaving the stock grills on when I first got the car (on an alpine white or mineral gray its a no-brainer to install the black grills), but in the end I think it came out looking pretty good on a black BMW as well.
